A man has been sentenced to 36 months in prison in connection to a daytime home invasion robbery in Lake Elmo where a man was pistol whipped and doused with gasoline.
Richard Paul Delrio, 46, was given credit for 363 days already served, required to pay the victims $4,117 in restitution and must submit a DNA sample to the Minnesota Department of Corrections.
