A Fergus Falls fugitive was taken into custody last Friday evening.
Detectives located 31-year-old Terry Stewart attempting to leave a Perham residence.
A warrant was previously issued for his arrest for his role in a home invasion assault.
On April 27th, 28-year-old Bryan Franklin and Stewart forced their way into a home on the 400 block of west Alcott Avenue.
The two men assaulted the homeowner, damaged property and stole items.
As they left, they kidnapped a juvenile male.
The juvenile was released unharmed and the thugs are in jail.
